At RBC Capital Markets, I worked across established financial products and a new AI initiative. Research revealed the same adoption problem across both: people needed to begin from a decision or habit they understood. I led the framing and design of client intelligence, deal collaboration, and research using AI. The work increased adoption in mature products and gave the AI team a clearer model for unfamiliar work.
The work spans client intelligence, deal collaboration, and an AI assisted research proof of concept. The surface changed across each project, but the product question stayed close to adoption: what did people already understand, where was the current experience asking too much of them, and what would make a new way of working credible?
